As the son of a well-known artist and church pastor's father, Eric is unusually well bonded to the community. Sports, building construction, public relations, and teaching negotiation skills are lifelong passions. My hands-on experience started as a summer construction framer, soon developing into an accomplished finish carpenter, cabinet maker, and manufacturer. Project management with remodeling sales including swimming pools, kitchens, roofing, windows, painting, and carpentry was pursued in Southern California Counties.
Ever interested in home sales, a first real estate principles course had been attended as a young adult. Years of objection handling, complaint resolution, and experience managing people combine to create the results our clients desire. Aware that this is an ever-changing industry, Eric continues to be very enthusiastic about the advantages found in regular seminars, workshops, or technology courses where cutting-edge real estate tools are to be found.
